As a predominately online retailer we understand that choosing and investing in your next bike can be a daunting experience.
We are here to help support you through the buying journey:
- Supply in the cycling industry can be challenging, we have bikes in stock today, but in every circumstance, if you are considering buying, we encourage you to contact us first.
- Take advantage of our Virtual Showroom and talk to one of our team, no matter where you are, see the bike and get all your questions answered.
- Once your happy, then you can purchase in the normal way, if for any reason there is likely to be a delay of more than a 3 weeks, we will immediately let you know and for longer lead times we can take a deposit.
- Once you place an order we will contact you immediately to finalise your specification.
- Due to stock limitations, we build all bikes to order, currently the lead time for this is 7-10 days.
- Finally, once in progress, we will keep you posted the whole way through the journey, keeping you up to date with where your bike is.
